Join us for a paid six-week internship from July to August, designed to provide hands-on experience and insight into a career in investment consultancy while you’re still a student.
Programme Areas
You can apply for one of three areas:
- Investment Consulting
Collaborate with your team to deliver tailored advice that meets client investment and impact objectives. Simplify complex concepts into actionable solutions. - Asset Liability Management (ALM)
Dive into numbers and craft strategies to help clients achieve their goals. Use cutting-edge software and analytics to design optimal investment solutions. - Manager Research Team
Evaluate fund managers to ensure clients’ money is in the best hands. Analyse, interview, and report on managers’ ability to meet client goals.
Why Apply?
Our internship is open to individuals from all backgrounds—university enrolment is not required. Exceptional interns may be offered permanent roles in subsequent graduate years, depending on business needs and availability.
Application Process
Our process has three stages:
For Investment Consulting and Manager Research Teams:
- Online Application & Aptitude Test
Submit your CV and note any required accommodations. Complete aptitude testing. - Video Interview
Showcase your industry interest and communication skills in a recorded interview. - Assessment Centre
Participate in group exercises, presentations, and interviews.
For Asset Liability Management (ALM):
- Online Application & Video Interview
Answer technical questions on probability, algebra, and finance. - Virtual Team Interview
Solve probability problems and demonstrate your mathematical/statistical knowledge. - Assessment Centre
Engage in brainteasers, group exercises, and interviews.
